Lower Colvannick

Lower Colvannick occupies a hilltop position where Bodmin Moor begins, looking down across Cardinham valley towards the hamlet of Millpool. The landscape here is working countryside—sheep and cattle graze in nearby fields, and birds of prey hunt overhead. A stone pathway leads directly from the property onto the moor itself.

The detached granite farmhouse has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to seven. Downstairs, there's a living room with woodburner, separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs, one bedroom has an ensuite shower; the others share a family bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, as is fuel for the woodburner. The enclosed garden offers space to sit outside, and there's parking for three cars on site.

The location puts you within reach of Padstow's restaurants and beaches, or the woods of Cardinham for walking. The property is part of a working farm, so dogs cannot be accommodated. There are stone steps to the entrance and along the pathway to the moor.
