Millie’s Place

Millie's Place is a single-storey cottage on a smallholding in the Cornish countryside, though the coast is only 15 minutes away by car. The property sleeps two in a king-size bed, with a shower cubicle in the ensuite. An open-plan living space contains a wood-burning stove and TV; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There are a few internal steps between the living area and the rest of the ground floor, and some low sloping ceilings in parts of the building.

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden has a patio, garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking for two cars is on site. Dogs are welcome—the property provides extras for them—though they must be kept on a lead. The cottage is surrounded by footpaths and bridleways for walking. Children under 11 cannot stay here. No smoking indoors.
