What visitors say
I came in with a group and we got put onto a lane which played up a few times. Now i understand machinery goes wrong, but both staff were very helpful which made the situation much easier. They managed to shuffle us onto another lane even though it was busy. The boy on reception and the manager were both helpful. Great customer service.

It’s really sad when a childhood establishment you once enjoyed parties and fond memories in has gone downhill, very ungraciously as well. I’ve visited this establishment on several occasions over the last few years. Staff are consistently the issue. Their business model makes absolutely no sense. They have soft play, arcade games and pool tables on offer inside - but you can’t use any of this unless you play a game of bowling. My party were visiting on a Sunday and looking to spend some time playing pool with a couple of drinks and enjoy the arcade machines. One man in particular, I’m assuming the owner, was incredibly blunt and told us to leave if we weren’t bowling. The place isn’t exactly thriving so it’s baffling that they’re turning business and money away, they must be rolling in it to be turning people away! The two young members of staff at reception were friendly enough but mostly sat on their phones. Understandably, considering it was so quiet inside. The owner was incredibly blunt and rude. Told us that everyone including the staff had to be out by 5pm with the doors locked and started mouth breathing down our neck to leave at 4:30pm. Very arrogant and unwelcoming, I wouldn’t recommend coming just to avoid meeting his acquaintance to be honest. Dated interior, it’s musty and most of the chairs are broken/ripped with sticky tables. Drinks and food were extortionate prices as well. I understand that reviews are detrimental to businesses but unfortunately this is a very honest and factual review. Everything is expensive these days but a smile is free and good customer service doesn’t cost anything either. Would be so much better if the staff were friendly and you were able to enjoy an evening out for a game of pool and drinks. Business is business at the end of the day. It’s not worth coming here and you’d be better taking your money elsewhere!

Went for a rare date night with my husband, paid for 2 drinks which were very pricey, staff were miserable as sin, and whilst I was having my turn at bowling, a female member of staff decided she would clear my drink away before I had, had a chance to finish it. I asked if she had cleared my drink (knowing full well she had as she been seen by someone nearby), but both she and the other bartender stated the glasses they had collected, were empty. NOT TRUE! The young lad on the desk has taken my number and stated if he finds anything, someone will call me, but I dont expect I will hear anything back! We were having a nice evening until then....but this ruined it, as well as the very poor customer service! However, from reading the reviews now, it would appear customer service and customer satisfaction is not a priority here! Think the staff would benefit from some much needed customer service training....Do better!!!

As soon as we walked in as wanted to play a few games of pool and get some drinks to be asked rudely if we we had booked bowling and we said no..he said the pool ect was only to be used if you bowl..ive never heard of this business model and clearly all these bad reviews state the same..reckon this will close soon with that attitude. DON'T BOTHER.
