This converted barn sits deep on Bodmin Moor in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The whole property is yours alone—a single-storey space with a double bedroom, shower room, and open-plan living area arranged on the ground floor. A wood burner provides warmth alongside electric heating. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. You get bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity included, plus a basket of wood to get the fire going. One dog can stay free of charge.
The front opens onto a garden with seating and furniture, and there is off-road parking for two cars. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am. The property draws water from a natural spring and does not have electric vehicle charging. St Breward village, about a mile and a half away, has a shop and pub serving food. From here the north Cornwall coast—with its coves, fishing villages and beaches—is within reach for day trips, while the moor itself offers walking in every direction. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and it is not suitable for very young children.
