Outside, a private garden with covered patio and seating looks out over woodland, and there is parking for two cars on site.

The location sits within reach of both Cornish countryside and coast. Truro is just over five miles away, a cathedral city with restaurants and independent shops. Closer at hand, the Truro River at Malpas offers riverside walks, while St Agnes Head and beaches such as Porthtowan and Portreath are accessible for a day trip. The village itself provides a quieter base. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
