Number 19

Number 19 is built on two levels in a way that puts the living spaces upstairs—the kitchen, dining area and sitting room occupy the first floor, while the bedrooms are on the ground level. This reverse layout means the main living area looks out over the enclosed tiered garden, which has patio seating and a barbecue. There are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking for three cars is on site, and the cottage sits slightly elevated near Trewellard and Pendeen.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge—and there's use of the owner's freezer. The sitting room has a woodburner (logs included), Freeview television and a smart speaker. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The cottage is non-smoking and not suitable for children under 8.

West Cornwall's coastal paths run close by, with dramatic cliffside mining heritage visible along the way; Pendeen lighthouse is nearby and Cape Cornwall is accessible on foot. Sennen Cove's sandy beach is within reach for swimming or surfing. St Just, two miles away, has shops, a supermarket and cafés, while Lands End, the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno and the village of Zennor are all a short drive along the coast.
