Rosecraddoc Holiday Village occupies 38 acres of grounds and woodland around a stocked fishing lake, with woodland walks through adjacent Rosecraddoc Woods and sandy beaches of the South Cornwall coast 11 miles away. The Caradon Apartment is a first-floor property within this rural setting, sleeping four across two bedrooms: one kingsize and one with two singles. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, the other with a roll-top bath.
The open-plan living space has French doors onto a balcony, and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen is provided, along with wi-fi and on-site parking. The grounds are shared with other holiday properties and include a sauna, all-weather tennis court and fishing lake (you'll need your own licence). A cot and highchair are available. The property is no smoking throughout.
The grounds also border Bodmin Moor, roughly four miles away. Seaton is nearby. The village of Liskeard offers everyday facilities.

The place is quite relaxing and spacious actually for those looking for a peaceful holiday escape. My dogs are very pleased, but I have a few concerns. Firstly, everything is behind a paywall. I understand the place is quite cheap, but i did not expect them to charge a hefty price for the wifi and electricity. Another concern is that there doesn’t seem to be much to do. Most attractions have to be driven at least 30 minutes to get there. The staff is not very accommodating, and may even be seen as quite rude. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early to another location for our family holiday.

Wonderful location. Beautiful woodland walk. Right on the edge of stunning Bodmin Moor. Very warm welcome from all the staff and owners.

Beautiful grounds but spoiled by the many holiday buildings. We had few small issues but they were rectified same day which was fantastic. Def a place to relax
