Rosecraddoc Holiday Village sits on an expansive wooded estate between Liskeard and Seaton, with sandy beaches of the south coast within reach and woodland walks immediately adjacent. The Gamekeepers Apartment offers a private retreat for two: a double bedroom, bathroom with bath, and an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas. You get a full kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and heating throughout. Bed linen is provided, and wifi is available.
The apartment comes with its own sauna. Beyond your door, the 38-acre grounds include a fishing lake (licence required) and all-weather tennis court, both shared with other properties on site. There is garden furniture on the shared grounds and parking on site. A pub lies within a mile. The property occupies the first floor, accessed by external steps. No smoking is permitted.

The place is quite relaxing and spacious actually for those looking for a peaceful holiday escape. My dogs are very pleased, but I have a few concerns. Firstly, everything is behind a paywall. I understand the place is quite cheap, but i did not expect them to charge a hefty price for the wifi and electricity. Another concern is that there doesn’t seem to be much to do. Most attractions have to be driven at least 30 minutes to get there. The staff is not very accommodating, and may even be seen as quite rude. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early to another location for our family holiday.

Wonderful location. Beautiful woodland walk. Right on the edge of stunning Bodmin Moor. Very warm welcome from all the staff and owners.

Beautiful grounds but spoiled by the many holiday buildings. We had few small issues but they were rectified same day which was fantastic. Def a place to relax
