Gibson Apartment is a first-floor unit within Rosecraddoc Manor, a 38-acre holiday village near Liskeard. The grounds include a stocked fishing lake, all-weather tennis court, and woodland walks. Seaton's sandy beaches are roughly 11 miles away.
The apartment has one double bedroom and a separate living area with two single beds, plus two bathrooms. Downstairs there's an open-plan kitchen and living space with a TV, along with a second sitting room without one. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer included. Bed linen and wi-fi are provided. There's a balcony, garden access, and parking on site. The property is non-smoking and does have an unfenced lake in the grounds worth noting if you're visiting with small children.

The place is quite relaxing and spacious actually for those looking for a peaceful holiday escape. My dogs are very pleased, but I have a few concerns. Firstly, everything is behind a paywall. I understand the place is quite cheap, but i did not expect them to charge a hefty price for the wifi and electricity. Another concern is that there doesn’t seem to be much to do. Most attractions have to be driven at least 30 minutes to get there. The staff is not very accommodating, and may even be seen as quite rude. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early to another location for our family holiday.

Wonderful location. Beautiful woodland walk. Right on the edge of stunning Bodmin Moor. Very warm welcome from all the staff and owners.

Beautiful grounds but spoiled by the many holiday buildings. We had few small issues but they were rectified same day which was fantastic. Def a place to relax
