The Hayloft is a first-floor apartment within this setting, sleeping two people in a double bedroom with its own shower room. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, a dining area, and a sitting room with television and DVD player. A sauna is part of the accommodation. Bed linen and wi-fi are provided, and there is car parking on site.

The flat is approached via two steps to the entrance, with everything on one level once inside. A washer-dryer is available for laundry. The property has its own garden or patio. Smoking is not permitted. This is adult accommodation only, with no children allowed.

Local amenities include a pub and shop 1½ miles away. Looe, known for seaside attractions, lies 8 miles off. Plymouth with its waterfront and the Eden Project is roughly 20 miles distant.
