Rosecraddoc Manor - Kingfisher Apartment

Rosecraddoc Holiday Village occupies 38 acres of grounds and woodland near Liskeard, with Bodmin Moor within easy reach and sandy beaches roughly 11 miles south. The Kingfisher Apartment is on the first floor, private to you, with views toward the lake that sits at the heart of the estate. Woodland walks start from the property itself, and there's room to explore without leaving the grounds.

Inside is an open-plan living area with TV and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can manage a full stay without leaving laundry undone. The shower room has a cubicle shower. Bed linen is included, and wi-fi is available. Heating is by night storage and electric panel heaters. You'll have parking on site and access to a garden with patio space.

The village has a shared tennis court and fishing lake (you'll need your own licence), plus a barbecue if you want to cook outdoors. One dog is welcome. Note there is an unfenced lake and river in the grounds.
