Rosecraddoc Manor's grounds hold a working fishing lake and all-weather tennis court, with Rosecraddoc Woods adjacent for walking. The sandy beaches of South Cornwall's coast lie 11 miles away, and Bodmin Moor—popular for riding and walking—is within reach for a day out. Seaton is nearby if you need supplies or a change of scenery.
Liam Cottage is a single ground-floor unit sleeping two, with a double bedroom and a bathroom combining bath and cubicle shower. The living area has a woodburner and television; the kitchen is equipped for cooking from scratch, with electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels come with your stay, as does wi-fi. Heating is by night storage and panel heaters. A patio garden looks onto the shared grounds and mature landscaping.
The estate has an unfenced lake in the grounds, and the property draws water from a natural on-site source. No smoking inside. The two-step entrance is level once you're over the threshold, with everything accessible from ground floor. There is a cot and highchair available.

The place is quite relaxing and spacious actually for those looking for a peaceful holiday escape. My dogs are very pleased, but I have a few concerns. Firstly, everything is behind a paywall. I understand the place is quite cheap, but i did not expect them to charge a hefty price for the wifi and electricity. Another concern is that there doesn’t seem to be much to do. Most attractions have to be driven at least 30 minutes to get there. The staff is not very accommodating, and may even be seen as quite rude. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early to another location for our family holiday.

Wonderful location. Beautiful woodland walk. Right on the edge of stunning Bodmin Moor. Very warm welcome from all the staff and owners.

Beautiful grounds but spoiled by the many holiday buildings. We had few small issues but they were rectified same day which was fantastic. Def a place to relax
