The Stable is a ground-floor apartment converted from the coach house at Rosecraddoc Manor, a Grade II listed estate set within 35 acres of gardens and woodland near Bodmin Moor. Everything sits on one level: an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas, two bedrooms (one with a super king bed, one with two single beds), and a wet room. A cot and highchair are available. Parking is on site, and one well-behaved pet is welcome here.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Wi-Fi and bed linen are included. You have the whole property to yourself—no shared facilities beyond those within the grounds. The estate grounds contain a tennis court (available April to October), fishing lake and footpaths through woodland. A shop and pub are 1½ miles away; Looe lies 8 miles off, and Plymouth with the Eden Project about 20 miles distant. Smoking is not permitted inside.
