Newquay Bay and its beaches dominate the outlook from this modern house, positioned to take in panoramic views across the water. The town centre is within walking distance, along with Fistral Beach and the harbour. A Sainsbury's is nearby for supplies.
The layout spreads across two floors with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating six guests. Downstairs, an open-plan living area opens onto a furnished balcony through patio doors—the natural spot to watch the bay. The kitchen has everything for self-catering: electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. One bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite is also on the ground floor. Upstairs, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom each have their own ensuite shower rooms and television. Wi-Fi, heating and linen are included; one dog stays free. The house takes the whole property to yourself, with parking for two cars.
No smoking indoors. Families and couples are welcome; a cot and highchair are available if needed.
