Seanicview Villa

Seanicview Villa works well for couples or families of four wanting a self-contained base near the coast. The property sits within a hillside resort complex with parking on site and a short walk down to Millendreath Beach. Two bedrooms—one with a double, one with twins—share a single bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living and dining space has a TV, and the kitchen is set up for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts, with an electric oven, hob, microwave and washing machine all there. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating and electricity are charged separately.

Everything is on the ground floor, accessed via 60 steps from the car park. You get a front garden with seating and a patio where you can eat outside and take in the views. One dog stays free. The resort overlooks its own sandy beach on the south coast; Looe and Polperro are within reach if you want to explore further afield. Stag and hen parties are not accepted, and the property is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility. No smoking indoors, and barbecues are not permitted.
