Families and small groups will find Seatons Rest well suited to a coastal break. The two-storey apartment sleeps four across a king bedroom, a twin room, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs is open plan—a kitchen with electric oven and hob flows into a dining area and sitting room with a wood burner and Smart TV. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for up to three cars and a raised decked area outside.
Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. The beach lies 200 yards away, so Portmellon Cove's sand and rock pools are easily reached. The immediate area has a pub and restaurant; Mevagissey and St Austell, both a short drive off, stock supermarkets and shops. The Eden Project is within a few miles. Coastal walks start from the cove itself. One pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.

A lovely clean well appointed and comfortable 2 bedroom cottage in a quiet village. 3 parking spaces adjacent. The beach is literally 1 minute walk and there is a pub (limited opening times depending on season) at the end of the track. Both access roads are very steep and narrow, recommend access via Gorran Churchtown as Mevagissy is a very tight single track two way road.

Thank you for a fabulous 2 weeks in your beautiful ‘home by the sea’. Seatons Rest is very tastefully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The beautiful fishing village of Mevagissey is only a 15 minute walk away, whilst the lovely cove of Portmellon is a 1 minute walk! Such a wonderful base to explore the Roseland Peninsula from. We definitely recommend Seatons Rest and look forward to our next stay with you.
