Penzance sits on Cornwall's western coast, surrounded by dramatic granite cliffs, working farmland, and some of the region's most visited attractions. Sparrows is a single-storey conversion on the edge of town, with its own entrance and parking for two cars. The whole place is yours—two bedrooms (one with a king bed and ensuite, one with two singles), a wet room, and a living space with a woodburner. Everything is on the ground floor, making it accessible for those with mobility needs, though the garden itself has steps.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included; wood for the burner is too. An enclosed garden with patio and furniture sits out front. The location matters here—you're a mile from Portheras Beach and close enough to walk to the coastal path without a car, though Sennen, Porthcurno's Minack Theatre, Land's End, and the moorland around Bosigran are all within reach by road. Pendeen has a shop and pubs two miles away. The property doesn't allow smoking. It suits families, walkers, or anyone wanting to base themselves in a working part of the coast rather than a busier resort town.

A warm welcome in a delightful B&B very close to the village centre. Large spacious room and good en suite. The owners understand the requirements of walkers in particular and this made the stay very enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended
