St Leonards - Cider House

This converted barn sits on the grounds of an equestrian centre in the Tamar Valley, with access to 20 acres of countryside that includes a fishing lake and river frontage. The property is a first-floor unit with two bedrooms—one double and one single—sleeping three guests in total. Stone steps lead to an open-plan living space that combines the sitting area, dining space and kitchen, with a bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bath and shower. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included as standard.

The kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave for preparing meals. The living area has a wood-burning stove, smart TV, DVD and CD players, and gaming consoles for quieter evenings. Beyond the property itself, guests share use of a heated outdoor swimming pool (open May to September, roughly 10m by 5m), a hot tub for four, sauna, and barbecue facilities. There is a bike store and plenty of parking on site. The grounds contain both a lake and river, so families should supervise young children. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
