This former chapel stands on the edge of Fowey, converted into holiday accommodation while keeping its distinctive red brick character. The layout is unconventional—bedrooms occupy the ground floor while the main living space spreads across the first floor, where high sloping ceilings and a large arched window frame views towards the estuary and across to Bodinnick. A short walk brings you into the town centre, though there is vehicle access via the back road if you prefer to avoid the main streets.

The ground floor holds three bedrooms: one with a double bed and ensuite wet room, one with zip-and-link single beds, and one with bunks. Upstairs, the open-plan living area combines a sitting room with Sky and Netflix, dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. A second shower room serves the upper floor. There's also a small decked area with garden furniture. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking.

Fowey's position makes it useful for boating; the Caffa Mill car park, the Bodinnick Ferry slip and river launching points are all easily accessible from here. A pub is within a mile. The property sleeps six.
