About Polruan Holidays
Polruan Holidays is a well-kept three-acre site perched on the hill above Polruan village, with its upper pitches offering sweeping views across the headland and out to sea. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and bordered by National Trust land, it's a genuine touring park rather than a holiday complex — peaceful, unpretentious and perfectly placed for exploring both sides of the Fowey estuary on foot and by ferry.
The layout divides neatly into a level top field for caravans, a central area for motorhomes, and a gently sloping lower field for tents, all with electric hookup. A small play area keeps younger children occupied, and well-behaved dogs are welcome. Polruan's shops, pubs and passenger ferry are an easy downhill walk, while the South West Coast Path passes close by, opening up some of Cornwall's finest cliff scenery. The site can feel a little traditional in places, but for those who value access and position over bells and whistles, it delivers exactly what it promises.

Great campsite - stayed one night whilst hiking the coast path. Owners were super friendly, facilities clean and other campers friendly and welcoming. Polruan was only a short walk down the hill and I even spotted some dolphins in the evening whilst watching the sunset! Great stay :)

Great campsite! Probably one of the cleanest if not the cleanest I’ve seen in UK. Every pitch has a view. Fridge and small freezer available on site. Plenty of EHU. Convenient to visit the town or nearby coves. Nice owners. Will definitely be back.

This is an excellent site. Very clean and well maintained.\\nToilets, showers, washing up station and clothes washing facilities.\\nLovely grass pitches with sea view.\\nLovely friendly owners too.\\nWe'll be back.

This site was just what we needed after a days hiking. Turned up without booking (Easter) and there was plenty of room for our 4 single tents to enjoy the evening, shower and relax before going again the next day. Would love to return for a long weekend sometime.
