Outside, there is an enclosed, multi-level front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a rear, multi-level garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and the beach, and within 0.6, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, including e-cigarettes and vapes. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stonecroft offers sea views and close proximity to the wonders of the Cornish coast. Please note that this property is on an elevated position with stone steps. The greenhouse in the rear garden is off limits. The stone steps leading up to the elevated patio in the rear garden are also off limits due to safety risks. Please note: EV charging is not permitted at this property, and excessive energy usage due to vehicle charging will be charged additionally.
