Sunshine Lodge

Sunshine Lodge is a ground-floor property built for guests who want everything on one level. Two bedrooms—one double with an ensuite, one twin—sit alongside a family bathroom with a full bath and shower. The open-plan heart of the place combines living space, dining area and kitchen, with large windows bringing in natural light and double doors onto a decked terrace where you can sit with coffee in the morning or wine at dusk. The kitchen handles proper cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher all there. A pebble-effect electric fire warms the living area on cooler evenings.

The property occupies a quiet corner of Killigarth Manor Holiday Park, with parking for two cars on site and a private garden with furniture. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. One dog can stay free. Smoking is not permitted indoors. From here, the South Cornwall coast is within reach—Polperro's narrow streets and fishing harbour lie about a mile and a half away, and various beaches and coastal walks branch out in different directions. The park itself has an indoor swimming pool and tennis court (seasonal, with additional charges).
