The Linhay

The Linhay is a single-storey barn conversion that comes ready for a proper stay. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included, and the kitchen is genuinely complete—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave mean you can cook as much or as little as you want. The open-plan living space looks out across the Camel Estuary towards Padstow and Rock, with a Smart TV, DVD player and CD player if you want to settle in indoors.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize with its own shower room, plus two rooms with single beds each. There's a full bathroom with bath and shower, and a travel cot if needed. Outside, a half-acre enclosed garden has a patio, sitting-out area and barbecue, with space for games and outdoor meals. You have private parking for two cars and an electric car charging point. No smoking indoors. The location is quiet and rural, though the shop is three miles away and a pub about a mile and a half. Padstow's restaurants, shops and harbour are accessible for a drive out, and the Camel Trail for cycling starts nearby.
