The Old Farmhouse

Less than two miles from the sea and set among rolling farmland near Pelynt, The Old Farmhouse sits on a working farm down green lanes between Looe and Polperro. This renovated five-bedroom property sleeps 11 and gives you the whole place to yourself—ideal for a large family gathering or two families holidaying together. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs there are two living spaces (one with a sofa bed), a kitchen with a wood burner, and a utility room with washing and drying facilities. Upstairs, five bedrooms provide a mix of bed sizes: two kingsize rooms, a double, and two singles, along with a second shower room and full bathroom. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; logs for the wood burners are supplied too. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and American-style fridge. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available.

Outside, a private hot tub for 12 sits in the large garden alongside furniture and a gas barbecue. The grounds include a natural play area for children and a darts room. There is private parking for three cars and an electric car charging point. Within a few minutes' drive, you have free access to a heated indoor pool and nightly entertainment at a local holiday complex. No smoking indoors.
