Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Village shop and pub less than 1 mile. Note: The property is single-storey and accessed via a gentle slope, which might suit those with limited mobility. Note: There is a beautiful private lake on site which all guests can enjoy but only those with a license can fish it. Note: Children must be supervised at all times. Note: Whilst respecting guestsâ privacy, owners live in a detached property next door so are on hand to answer any questions if required.
