The Old Station

The Old Station is a converted bus station on the cliffs above Praa Sands, with everything you need for a self-catering stay already in place. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The kitchen is generously sized with French doors opening to a garden terrace that overlooks the bay, making it straightforward to cook proper meals or simply sit with a drink and watch the light change across the water. Two bedrooms—one with a king bed (which can be split into twins), one double—and two bathrooms mean four guests can spread out comfortably without queuing.

The lounge has large windows framing the same sea view, a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, books, games and a smart TV. Outside, terraced seating on the garden makes the most of the position and the Cornish air. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off after time on the beach. The property is near RAW4PAWZ and within a mile of a pub. Praa Sands itself has a long sandy beach popular with swimmers, surfers and kayakers; the surrounding coast offers cliff walks and access to smaller coves. No smoking indoors.
