The Pool House

The Pool House is a single-bedroom cottage in Tywardreath, a village deep in rural Cornwall yet within minutes of the coast. It's a compact ground-floor space arranged as one open-plan area: living room with television and French doors, dining space, kitchen with electric cooker and washing machine, and a shower room. A double bed sleeps two. Everything is on one level, and the whole property is yours alone.

An enclosed courtyard with patio and garden furniture sits off the living room. One small pet can stay with you at no extra cost. Parking for one car is provided. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are covered; you'll need to arrange smoking elsewhere. The village itself has a shop, pub and restaurant within a few hundred yards, and the beach lies half a mile away. Fowey, Par railway station, and numerous coastal walks are all reachable without a long drive, while the Eden Project and National Trust properties are easily visited from here.
