You'll enter The Farmhouse Retreat into a living room warmed by a log burner, with comfortable sofas and games ready for rainy afternoons. The kitchen-diner flows through to a dining area where the whole group can gather, and it's fitted out for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, all the basics. Three bedrooms upstairs sleep six: a king, a double, and a bunk room. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The back of the property opens onto an enclosed courtyard, handy for muddy boots and beach kit, with a private garden beyond that gets evening sun.
Saltash sits within a mile of both coast and countryside pubs. Sillaton Farm Stables is nearby if anyone wants to ride. The beach and South West Coast Path are within walking distance, and one dog can stay free. Electricity, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental. The property is yours alone—no other guests sharing. Note that the front door has a single step up, the internal stairs are steeper than standard with limited headroom, and smoking is not permitted.

Quirky tucked away in a little corner that has been left to go very rural, lovely little Hobbit holes and with everything you need for a nice relaxing stay including access to A spa down the road and a sauna and treatments on site.

Quiet, beautiful location for time away to relax. A fabulous massage with Beth made a great start to our 24 hours. The Maple was the perfect size which given the stormy weather helped as we spent the entire time in the front of the wood burner! The hosts were away but 10/10 for the continued communication, they even turned the sauna on for us remotely. Will definitely be back
