The property is yours alone, with space for five guests across three bedrooms: a double, a twin room with two single beds, and a single bedroom. There is one bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Downstairs, a large open-plan space combines living, dining and kitchen areas. A sofa and armchairs face a Freeview TV; a dining table sits ready for meals; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. The property includes heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. You have private parking for one car on site. The countryside here once bustled with mining, and old engine houses still punctuate the landscape—now silent stone structures against rolling hills and open sky.

Bodmin Moor is within walking distance, and the Cornish coast with its coves and beaches lies within easy reach. No smoking indoors. Children under five are not able to stay.
