🏡 Self-Catering Cottage

Towan View Loft

Towan View Loft occupies the upper floor of a building steeped in Newquay's surfing heritage, positioned directly above one of the town's oldest surf shops. The conversion sits in the heart of the town centre, with the energy and bustle of restaurants, cafés and shops at street level. From the apartment itself you can see across the bay and along the coastline—the kind of vantage point that comes from being at the heart of things rather than tucked away from them.

The space is open-plan on a single floor: a living area with a sofa bed and television, a dining section, and a galley kitchen equipped for self-catering. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a shower room complete the layout. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are provided, along with a travel cot if needed. There is a small decked terrace with garden furniture. The property is for couples and families only, and smoking is not permitted.

Newquay's position on the north coast means several of Europe's best-known surfing beaches are within walking distance, and the town itself has a working harbour, a golf course, leisure centres and a range of independent shops. The coastal path offers long walks in either direction. Padstow lies north along the shore, while quieter beaches and villages spread south towards St Agnes.
