Towan View is a first-floor apartment where you arrive straight into an open-plan living space. A sofa and television occupy one end; the kitchen and dining area sit at the other. The bedroom holds a double bed, and there's a bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A travel cot is available if needed. The whole place is yours alone.
The location is the draw: you're perched above Newquay's oldest surf shop with views across the bay, and the nearest beach is just 300 yards away. The town itself spreads around its harbour with cafés, restaurants and bars within easy reach, plus an ornamental garden, zoo and links golf course overlooking Fistral Beach. The Gannel Estuary offers quieter coastal walks, and the beaches themselves range from sheltered spots for swimming to breaks popular with surfers. Water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding are available on the sand, as is horse riding along the estuary. Newquay sits roughly halfway down Cornwall's peninsula, making it a logical base for exploring further afield—Padstow, Fowey, St Ives, Truro and the Eden Project are all within reasonable driving distance. A pub is within a mile; the nearest shop is 100 yards away. No smoking indoors.
