Located just a short drive from Port Isaac and the beautiful north Cornish coast, Trevenning Chapel is an excellent holiday home at any time of the year.

Over two floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor bedroom with king size bed, 1 x ground floor twin. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor kitchen/diner. First floor sitting room.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, smart TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent (Starter pack only, provided for wood burner). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Ample free parking for up to 3 cars in the yard. Large open lawned garden with furniture, the use of this garden is shared with Trevenning Chapel 959456, another holiday cottage on the grounds. Two well-behaved pets welcome at £20 each per week. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1.5 miles. Note: Dogs are to be kept on a lead when outside of the property and on lawned areas, there is a paddock available for off lead exercise.
