Una Argentum 63

Una Argentum 63 is a contemporary lodge on the coastal edge of West Cornwall, part of The Spa at Una St Ives. The property gives you your own self-contained space while opening onto the spa's shared leisure facilities—a 15-metre heated indoor pool with a shallow children's section, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym. An outdoor heated lido operates seasonally. Ground-floor living makes for easy movement between the open-plan kitchen and dining area, a wood-fired sitting room, and decked space overlooking the gardens.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The main bedroom has a super king bed with an en suite bath and shower; the second offers a zip-and-link king (or two singles on request) with a wet room shower. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer and coffee machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Logs for the woodburner are available to buy locally. A single parking space comes with the property, and there is additional parking elsewhere on-site.

This suits families wanting pool access on rainy days, or couples after somewhere quiet with easy use of spa facilities (treatments available at cost, to be booked in advance). The heart of the woods and St Ives town are both nearby. No smoking inside.
