Adrian the proprietor is friendly and helpful. The room we had was pleasant. Breakfast is buffet style: pastries, cereals, cold meats & cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruits. Good location for traveling around Cornwall.

Our stay with my mother and sister was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautifully, cheerfully and creatively decorated, bringing a smile to my face at the moment as Iwalked in. I particularly loved the many positive and cheerfully thoughts displayed on the dining room wall, which brichtened my mornings every time I went down to breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and the hallways and walls are adorned with stunning, colorful paintings, adding to the unique Charm of the place. The owner ist incredibly Kind and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. This is definitely a place I would return to without hesitation, and I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a lovely experience

This is the second time we have stayed at the Green Apple B&B and I am pleased to say that everything was lovely. Adrian and his brother Keith provided a faultless service at Breakfast Time and there was so much choice I was able to have something different each day, I think that our host has made his competitors GREEN with Envy!!😊 Myself and my wife and son have no hesitation in Recommending the Green Apple for a Break at Carbis Bay and it's so convenient for St Ives and the Railway station. We had found that's it's getting harder to find establishments that now includes Breakfast with your stay and Green Apple Ticks all the boxes for us! You could say that they are the Apple 🍏 off our Eye !!!😉😂
