About Wildflower Wood at Beersheba Farm
A 2025 runner-up for Best Glamping Site in South West England, Wildflower Wood at Beersheba Farm offers a tucked-away retreat near St Ives with five cosy landpods dotted among the trees. Two of the pods – Towans and Saltings Eden – welcome dogs, making this a great pick for families travelling with pets.
Facilities cover the essentials (showers, toilets, drinking water), though there's no WiFi if you're hoping to stay connected. The setting feels peaceful and family-friendly, with enough space between pitches to give each pod a sense of privacy. It's a straightforward, well-regarded base for exploring the St Ives coast and surrounding Cornish countryside without the frills of a busier holiday park.

We stayed 3 nights and had the best time, everything was perfect! There was three of us (two adults and one child) in a pod and we had plenty of room and all slept well. The toilet/shower/kitchen facilities were clean, spacious and all within a short 20 second walk from the pods. The outside area of the pod had everything we needed too! Can't wait to come back :)

Couldn't recommend staying at wildflower wood enough! We had a fantastic week in the magical setting. Enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner around the camp fire, even brought local fish and cooked it over the fire which was very special. Andrew and Viki were so welcoming and accommodating. We had our 3 & 1 yr old with us, they had the best time, and what a great experience for them. Thanks for having us, we will be back!! X

We have just got back from a birthday party camp with friends. This place is on our doorstep and I didn't know it was here! My friend booked us on and the instructions for non contact was clear. Key was in the pod. We stayed at Towan's pod. Lovely scenic spot over looking the sea, lighthouse and woodland. The pod is cosy, ideal for sleeping with a small bench seat area for sitting in if raining (which it did for one whole day) the ground did become saturated but Andrew provided some wood chippings that we put down that helped and it can't be helped that it rained and it's out of anyone's control but we managed a lovely time as the outdoor kitchen and benches are under a canopy , few spits did let water in but didn't idnt affect us too much. The pods don't have heating but we found they stayed warm enough with our duvets, my son has sensory issues and feels the cold and he didn't complain too much. The pods have subtle lighting and a couple of usb charging ports. I did find it abit of an issue storing clothes and food but left most bits in the car and got what I needed each day. There was a storage box outside in the kitchen for everyday stuff to be kept safe away from rodents. There was two burner gas hob and whistling kettle on arrival these are ample for cooking on. Fire pit in the evenings was lovely and added to the surroundings to be able to sit and chill outside in the evening and stay warm with some battery operated lighting around the kitchen canopy. The toilet and shower area was spotless on arrival providing some body wash, shampoo ,toilet rolls and kitchen roll and cleaners to keep the toilet clean during our stay. Near the toilets is a little canopy with a small fridge /freezer for us to use during our stay (apologies I forgot to remove our items from fridge today when leaving!) there is also a washing up area with hot water and supplies washing up liquid. Basically I found it a pleasant glamping experience our first as a family. The owners was friendly, welcoming but also not intrusive but was there if we needed them. All the best Andrea and family.
