This four-bedroom house sleeps eight and comes with the run of a whole property to yourself, plus access to shared resort facilities: an indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym. One bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite; the other three have zip-and-link doubles or singles, depending on your needs. Two bathrooms serve the upper floor. The main living space downstairs is open-plan, with a woodburner, French doors opening onto a patio, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and the rest of what you need to cook properly. St Ives sits on Cornwall's north coast, a short distance from beaches, galleries and the town centre. The house has a front patio and a rear decked area, both with outdoor furniture, and a balcony off the master bedroom. Parking for one car is allocated; more spaces are available elsewhere on-site. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property runs on solar power and has on-site recycling. No smoking inside, please. Arrival is after 3pm, departure before 10am.
