Waterside Cottage

Waterside Cottage sits on the Cornish side of the River Tamar near Saltash, where the waterfront and bridges form the backdrop to the property. A pub lies within a mile, and the location puts you within reach of both Devon and Cornwall's coastal and countryside attractions. The cottage is yours alone for the duration of your stay, with space for four guests across two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Downstairs, the living room and dining room look out towards the river, with a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals—gas oven, electric hob, microwave, and washing machine all there. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed, the other two singles; both have Freeview TV. The bathroom includes a bath with shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with heating and electricity. An enclosed garden and patio at the back catch the evening light, with furniture to sit out. There is on-road parking. No smoking is permitted in the property; one well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.
