🏡 Self-Catering Cottage

Welly’s Wallow

Three miles from the North Cornwall coastline, Welly's Wallow sits on a working farm in countryside that still feels genuinely remote. St Kew village is a ten-minute walk away, with its pub and church; Port Isaac and the Camel Trail cycle path are both within reach. The beaches at Daymer Bay and Polzeath lie further along the coast, and the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House are accessible as day trips.

This detached barn conversion is a single, ground-floor space: open-plan living and dining area with a wood burner, kitchen with electric cooking and a dishwasher, one double bedroom, and a walk-in shower room. French doors open from the living space onto a south-facing patio and lawn with garden furniture. Everything needed for self-catering is here—electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. A fishing pond stocked with carp adjoins the property, with a nature trail and woodland walk alongside it. One car can park on the grounds.

It suits couples of any age looking for a quiet base within reach of the coast. The property does not permit smoking. There is a five-step entrance, and all rooms are on the ground floor.
