Porthleven Harbour is a five-minute walk away, lined with restaurants and independent shops. Praa Sands Beach is equally close. Wren View itself is a contemporary house with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, arranged around an open-plan living space that works well for groups who want to be together or apart as the mood takes. Two south-facing balconies catch the sun for most of the day.

The essentials—electricity, bed linen and towels—are covered. There is wi-fi, and a hot tub in the garden for the evenings. One dog is welcome. No smoking indoors. The house is yours entirely; you won't meet the owner or other guests.

It suits groups of up to 10 who want a base for exploring the coast without sacrificing comfort or space. Arrival is after 4pm, checkout at 10am.
