Water Park Apartment 2 is a ground-floor unit within a leisure complex built around lakes and natural grounds. The single bedroom has a king-size bed, and there is one bathroom with a bath and shower. The living and dining space includes a television, and the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included.

Guests have access to shared facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool (36ft by 26ft), spa, sauna, steam room, gym and flotation room. Children's swimming sessions run Monday to Friday 7am–9:30am and 3pm–6pm, with weekend times 8am–10am and 3pm–6pm; the spa is not suitable for children under two. Private parking is located about 100 yards from the apartment. The grounds contain an unfenced lake. Non-smokers only.
