Water Park Apartment 3 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property sleeping four guests in the Cotswold Water Park complex. The ground-floor layout opens into a living and dining space with a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking – microwave, fridge and dishwasher all provided. The first bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite with bath and shower; the second offers two single beds with an ensuite alongside. The apartment sits within grounds shared with other properties, where an unfenced lake is present. Guests have use of an on-site heated indoor swimming pool (36ft × 26ft, 4ft deep) with changing facilities and showers, plus a spa, sauna, steam room, gym, flotation room and treatment rooms. Children's swimming times are scheduled Mon–Fri 7am–9:30am and 3pm–6pm, and Sat–Sun 8am–10am and 3pm–6pm; the spa is not suitable for children under 2. Private parking is 100 yards from the apartment. The location puts you within reach of the Cotswolds' well-known villages – Bibury, Chipping Campden and Snowshill among them. No smoking throughout the property.
