You arrive at Orchard House to find yourself in a substantial terraced property with four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across two floors. The ground floor opens into a living and dining space with wooden beams and a woodburner, leading through to a fully equipped kitchen and a separate sun room that overlooks the garden. Upstairs, three double bedrooms each have their own en-suite shower room; the fourth bedroom contains two single beds and shares access to the main bathroom, which has both a bath and shower. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi—are all included, along with parking for three cars on site and use of the enclosed garden.

Orchard House sits in Chipping Campden village itself, within easy reach of the high street's shops, galleries, restaurants and tea rooms. The Cotswolds' other notable places—Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold, Warwick and Oxford among them—are all a short drive away. The property takes one dog free of charge. Note that there is a steep bank to the entrance. No smoking is permitted inside.
