Couples and small families will find Rose Cottage suits a relaxed Cotswolds break. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage sleeps four and comes as your own private space, set back from the road within its own grounds. Noel Court is one of Chipping Campden's most appealing residential corners, a short walk from the high street's mix of independent shops, restaurants and period architecture.
Downstairs holds a living and dining room with an open fireplace, a separate sun room, and a kitchen equipped for self-catering—there's a gas oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. One bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in), the other two singles (3ft each), and the bathroom includes a bath with shower over. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included; the initial fuel for the open fire is provided too. You have parking for one car and a lawned garden with terrace and sitting-out area.
The surrounding villages reward exploration on foot or a short drive—many have museums, historic houses and traditional pubs. Stratford-upon-Avon lies ten miles away. A pub is within a mile's walk. No smoking throughout the property.

We stayed in Rose Cottage for two weeks (31 May to 14 June 2024). After a warm welcome from Nyra, we immediately settled in and felt at home. The cottage is well equipped and very nicely decorated with quality furnishing. Lovely comfy bed and everything spotlessly clean which is VERY important to us. Only two minutes (maybe less) to walk to the shops but the cottage is quiet and private and most importantly has secure parking at the back. Would love to stay longer next time as there is so much to do in the area. Can't wait to return next year. Thanks so much Nyra and Stephen. Rachel and Rod, South Australia

On arrival we were met with a warm and friendly welcome from Nyra. She went through everything we needed to know and if there was anything else that might arise that we could contact her anytime. The cottage is cosy with everything you might need. It is in a lovely quiet situation but only minutes from the local Coop, pubs and restaurants and other shops.

Cottage is great but lady owner is very rude once she has your money. Rambling and unnecessary show around the house not even mentioning how to use the oven. Then real rudeness when I asked for help regarding the oven. Also she explained the shower was broken so it was useless all holiday. Probably “too busy preparing for another dinner party” Here are her words copied: “May I politely suggest that you READ the instruction manual for the oven which I pointed out when you checked in. (DIDNT) You have clearly 'inadvertantly' (SPELLED BADLY) switched off the oven at the MAIN. If you read the oven manual in the black file provided (electrical goods) you can see to re-set the Timer which you turned off when you switched off the MAINS oven. The oven works - but you must read the instruction manual as I am unable to DROP EVERYTHING to be with you!!!!“ Mouldy jam left in the fridge too . I think I Husband Stephen seems nice however.
