Water laps at the decking beyond the french doors of the main living space, where the view reaches across open water and you can watch waterfowl drift past. The setting is genuinely quiet and the interior matches it—light, calm, with full-height windows that frame the lake whatever the season.

The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen and dining area flowing into the living room, plus a bedroom and shower room for anyone wanting to avoid stairs. Upstairs are three further bedrooms spread across two floors, with three bathrooms total, so there is genuine space for ten people. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, and a gas fire means the living area stays comfortable through winter. Decking runs across the front with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor eating; a hot tub sits on the decked area. One pet is welcome. There is parking for one car and a shared grassed area with a tennis court at the property.

Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are provided. The property is non-smoking. Arrival is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
