Tiesel Cottage dates from 1810 and retains the character of its era: stone walls, mullioned windows and a feature fireplace with a working log fire give the place genuine period charm. It sits in a quiet village seven miles from Cheltenham, surrounded by the rolling landscape the Cotswolds are known for. One dog is welcome to stay.
The layout is straightforward. Downstairs holds a living room and dining room, with a kitchen that has what you need to cook properly, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a double—share a bathroom with a roll-top bath and overhead shower. The essentials like electricity and wifi are included. You have private parking for one car, with additional spaces on the road nearby.
Outside, an enclosed front garden with seating is a quiet spot for breakfast or simply to sit. There's a back courtyard and a bike store if you want to explore further. The Craven Arms pub is a short walk away. Walking country surrounds the village, and major Cotswold attractions are within easy reach. No smoking inside, please.
