The Frogmill Hotel

We enjoyed a lovely evening meal at The Frogmill. The staff were so attentive, the food was lovely and the special mention needs to go to our waitress Sarah. She humoured us, treated us to this little message with our puddings and overall made our evening very pleasant. You’re very lucky to have staff like this representing your venue. It’s a 5 star from us!

Simply a beautiful retreat in the Cotswolds as many others have said. We stayed for 2 nights in June 26, as part of a road trip in our old Buick convertible. My wife is bound to a wheelchair. The staff was very helpful to ensure access to most parts of the building. Not an easy task and we had to use a portable ramp on some occasions. But it worked and the room was perfect. The other challenge were our 2 small dogs. It is a dog friendly place but understandably, we couldn't bring them to the breakfast room with its open buffet. We were seated in the bar, which was fine with us. The overall atmosphere, the quality of the bed, the food, all was outstanding. The same goes for the service. No complaints there. Quality has its price and it isn't cheap to stay at The Frogmill. Still highly recommended.

Had a fantastic experience here. The food was excellent, especially the chicken skewers, which were cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special mention to Alejandro, who looked after us throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. His level of service really enhanced our experience and he deserves recognition for the great job he does. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

We were once again delighted with our visit to the Frogmill. This was our ninth stay – the first being for our wedding reception, 25 years ago. We decided to renew our vows this time and the whole experience was just perfect. The team made everything just right for us – our stay the night before and every detail of our special day. Thank you so much to Ella, for helping us pull the plan together. And special thanks to Georgie who looked after us on the day itself, made our family feel incredibly welcome and even helped out with some videoing. It was all those extra generous touches that made the day even more magical. In the 25 years we have been visiting the Frogmill, every stay surpasses the last. The rooms are stunning and the food is extraordinarily good. As a venue, it is simply fantastic – 100s of years of history and yet also modern, funky and very cool. Of course we'll be back! Thank you again
