South Cerney sits within the Cotswold Water Park, where a chain of lakes threads through the countryside. Wrens Lake House occupies a gated waterside position here, its New England styling facing directly onto the water. A private jetty extends from the decking, ideal for launching kayaks or paddleboards, while the hot tub sits on the terrace for evening use. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping six across three storeys.

The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with doors onto the terrace, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and the rest—and a utility room with laundry facilities. Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and a smart TV. Beds range from super-kingsize on the first floor to a kingsize on the second. Throughout, high ceilings frame views of the lake and grounds.

Outside, you have a gas barbecue, garden furniture and sitting areas on the decking. The resort also offers a shared tennis court and bike storage. Parking for three cars is provided on-site. One dog is welcome. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Note that children and dogs need supervision near the jetty gate.
