I often stay at this hotel as my office is very close, and I find the combination of convenience and price to be very appealing. The location is maybe 10miles from my office, and if you book through the official site, your vehicle is covered for the overnight stay and the service route, which allows you to access the other side of the motorway services, as opposed to a 20mile turnaround. Staff have always been helpful when I stay, with advice on enrolling into the loyalty program - which has already given me several free nights stays, through to resolving the very few room / key card issues that I have had. Ample parking, good range of services, and very professional staff, have made this my base when working around Coventry. Rooms are simple and clean, walk in showers are very good, and the linen for the bed is always fresh.

Last minute stay here and was impressed - for the price (got it for £37 plus £5 parking charge) i got a clean, spacious room with nice shower. The bed was also comfortable. Cant ask for more really!

Great experience! I made a mistake with my booking and Matt on the reception desk was really helpful and made every effort to help me out. He even came up to my room specially to let me know he had managed to sort it out. The room was perfect for what I needed and got some good recommendations for breakfast too! Thanks Matt and the team!!

Nice place with pretty posh bathrooms for what you think you'll be getting with some pleasant people at the front desk. And we got a nice breakfast included at the services next door, but i am not sure if that is for everyone everytime or if there was just an offer going on. However for us at least, finding the hotel was a bit of a nightmare. Make sure you go into the welcome break services on the NORTH BOUND side of the M6. Then you'll find it. 🤞
