Brilliant! Visited today with 5 kids. They loved it, really clear briefing and video. Car park was large and free. A touch cold inside but this is the case with most kids places like softplay. Shout out to Ellie who was super helpful on email with a BLC discount and possibly moving the booking. Had a brilliant afternoon here. Highly recommend.

Really great venue for children of all ages! My four year old loved the mix of a challenge on the climbing walls and the soft play. Such wonderful staff, massive shout out to Finn and Keenan for being so calm, clear in instructions and for getting down to the children at their level ensuring they were safe, reassured and empowered to give things a go! Ellie welcomed us with such warmth and was very attentive to all customers. Very impressed! 😊

Good fun for kids, but do not buy food there - will add pictures of a "ham and cheese sandwich? baguette?" Never seen anything like it anywhere - see through slice of ham and tiny bit of cheese. And it's something around 5-6£

Fantastic setup (although lacking a bit on parking spaces when it's busy at the weekend!) but the team and setup is amazing! 🤩 Big shout out to Aimee (clip and climb instructor) who was amazing with my kids especially today, my youngest was very nervous, so she got a teddy for him to 'rescue' bringing out his inner Spiderman! 🫣😄 As well as helping extend his harness which has been right in his face. 👍🏻 The whole team was great. But Aimee was definitely the kids favourite (to the point of my daughter asking if we can come climbing again 'when Aimee is here').
