We stayed here before our flight to the carribean with a 7 year old and a 10 month old and would highly recommend. We needed a cot for the baby and I emailed the hotel before our stay to request one. They replied almost instantly saying it would be sorted and when we arrived it was ready and waiting. The staff at both check in and check out were incredibly friendly and helpful, they were on hand and ready to book us a taxi ready for the morning before we even asked and gave us the info for the return home. The room was spacious, immaculate and everything we needed ready for the next day. The tv had Netflix, prime etc and overall we had a very pleasant stay. If we need somewhere to stay when travelling from Gatwick again, we won’t hesitate to stay here.

Fantastic run hotel, the room was very clean, our bed was so comfortable. The dining/ breakfast was experience was great with a good menu range. We purposely booked the hotel as the parking was included and it was a safe and secure area. The reception staff were excellent as were the the breafast/dinner and bar staff. Great job

One of the biggest perks I can say about this hotel is we stayed across Britain during a heatwave and this was the only hotel where the Air conditioning got properly cold. Others barely whispered any cool air. The staff at the front desk are nice but the bar/ restaurant staff are exceptional. The beds are comfortable and softer than many other hotels across Europe. The cleaning staff are great too. Food at the lobby restaurant was surprisingly good. Do note that the hotel official photos show a pool, but that’s a health and wellness center that’s next door and it’s a 9 pound charger per person every time you go and they close fairly early, so this is a no pool no gym property despite advertised as having such amenities. Also, if you book on any platform outside of IHG they won’t honor your IHG status. Stayed here for FOS and when Goodwood was reaching record temperatures and I just cannot express how great the cold AC was, (rant warning) this seems trivial, but the great Europe/ Britain seems to have an issue keeping their buildings below sauna temperatures when the sun decides it wants to shine across its beautiful countryside.

Car park has been busy on both occassions I have visited. Barrier opens automatically & log your registration at hotel reception. Check-in was friendly & efficient & answered a couple of questions specific to my stay. There is a health centre/gym/pool & sauna that you can tag on paying at hotel reception. We paid £8.50 for the privilege It shuts 10pm. Rooms clean with all the necessities available. I was surprised not to find an obvious plug/phone charge point closer to bed. Sleep was ok with no hotel noise. We were on a company budget of £25 meal spend & this was a bit limiting to stay under in the restaurant. I think you can order the same menu at bar for a more casual experience. Two fish chips & mushy peas £19 pr hd. Excellent presentation, taste and cook. Breakfast buffet style, eggs poached available on request and all that you want. Even got coffee to go on request. My niggle is we paid go use the gym next door & had checked prior about times. The pool/sauna shut @ 830pm we had entered 810pm. Maintenance work.I would like to have told. Definitely a recommend.
